Delivery Terms

  1. Order Timing and Delivery

    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM on a working day will be delivered the next working day.
    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the second working day following the order date.
    • Working days for delivery are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

  2. Delivery Locations

    • We currently deliver to only Hartlepool.

  3. Delivery Charges

    • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the products ordered.

  4. Failed Deliveries

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by you or if you are unavailable to receive the package, you may be responsible for any additional delivery charges.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Returns Policy

    • Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned product.
